Open Air Fitness – Core Tuesdays @ Perry Park
This all-levels class requires just your mat. Strengthen your abs & back muscles for improved posture & performance. We integrate pilates/yoga, & body-weight training into a circuit that leaves your midsection deliciously sore. Bring your mat and water. Nasty weather? A zoom link will be emailed 5 MINUTES before class start time.
Weekly classes are open to our community in Perry Park.
Drop-In $7-$30 or $30 monthly for an unlimited pass.
