Located in the South End, Carter Playground’s play area is fully fenced, and has wonderful and unique water features that kids will enjoy.

Larz Anderson Park is a popular Brookline park with a large fully-fenced playground  area that offers shade for those hot the summer days. There are open bathrooms and a nearby covered picnic area with a scenic pond. 

Cambridge’s first universal design playground that includes features for all physical, sensory, emotional and cognitive abilities. The playground has both a junior and senior play area, a splash pad, climbing structures, and a music area.  There is also public art throughout the park.

A popular park in Brookline, the play area at Waldstein Playground is partly shaded, has a spray deck, and a sandbox. There are also several picnic tables.

It has a variety of play features, include a sand material and unique water play to stimulate challenging physical activity as well as creative, exploratory, imaginative and play for kids of all ages. Many structures are made from naturally decay-resistant wood.

Hoyt Sullivan Playground somerville

A new park to East Cambridge, Toomey Park has basket swings, a wooden climbing structure, and slides embedded in the hillside beneath a shade structure, and plenty of picnic areas.
