Commonwealth Avenue Mall is a historical, long avenue that features a path through tall trees, small open green spaces and, park benches & statues. The path starts in Fenway, goes through the Back Bay neighborhood with scenes of old Brownstone apartments, and ends in Downtown Boston at the Boston Public Garden. In the springtime, you can see Magnolia trees blooming around in early April.

There are two starting points to the Commonwealth Avenue Mall path – one sides starts at the Kenmore T station on the Green Line, and the other is the Arlington T stop, also on the Green Line. If you’re going to drive, the best side to start on is likely the Kenmore side, where you can find parking between Commonwealth Avenue and Storrow Drive.
