Join us for a series of mindfulness practices in nature!
These sessions will be led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and will provide a supportive and relaxing space to explore the benefits of mindfulness in the Emerald Necklace parks. Each session will include a guided meditation, movement practice, and time for reflection. No experience with mindfulness is necessary.
June sessions take place at Pinebank Promontory overlooking Jamaica Pond.
