Universal Design Playground at Danehy Park

Universal Design Playground is a 30,000-square-foot accessible play area ad the first playground in Cambridge to incorporate full Universal Design. The playground is designed to be a welcoming environment for kids of all physical, sensory, emotional and cognitive abilities. The playground has both a junior and senior play area, a splash pad, climbing structures, and a music area.Ā  There is also public art throughout the park.

Located in North Cambridge, Universal Design Playground at Danehy Park has a large, off-street parking lot just steps from the park. By public transit, you can take the 74 or 78 bus to theĀ Concord Ave opp Fern St stop and it is a 5 minute walk.
