Jamaica Pond Park
Jamaica Pond Park has Great views of the Jamaica Plain neighborhood and the pond itself. The park is big, and has a path that goes around the pond which many either walk or run around – the path is about 1.5 miles. Visitors of the park are able to rent rowboats, sailboats, and kayaks at the Jamaica Pond Boat House – however, you are not allowed to bring your own. There is also space to fish around the pond. During the winter, the “Sugar Bowl” (near the little league field) is a great place for kids to go sledding. During nicer months, there are yoga classes.
