There are a few bus routes that can be taken. You can take the 51 Bus and get off at the Lee St @ Boylston St. The Route 60 Bus can also be taken to the Boylston St @ Warren St. There is no parking lot, but you can park on a side street. The Brookline Hills stop is the closest T stop, and is a 10-minute walk.
